We put a great deal of thought and planning into our stagings, carefully selecting colors for each individual property. We take into account the existing wall colors, flooring, kitchen, and window dressings to ensure we enhance each property in the best possible way.

The Process
1. Free Consultation
We visit your property to take photos, notes, and measurements.
2. Proposal
We send you a detailed quote for you to review.
3. Planning
On acceptance of our quote and terms and conditions, we book a staging date and start planning and curating furniture and accessories to enhance your property.
4. Installation
The staging is completed and remains in place for up to 6 weeks, with the option to extend. The Real Estate Agent manages the marketing and photography of the property.
5. De-Staging
Once the house has sold, we arrange a collection of the staging furniture and accessories
